Thanks to our fully automated indexed feed-in and insertion system, delicate fresh products can be fed and inserted into the indexing cycle of a thermoforming packaging machine with no product contact – in a fully automated process that is gentle on products and guaranteed to produce no sealing edge contamination.

The fully automated highly dynamic Schreyer indexed feed-in system is ideally suited to ‘floating’ indexed feed-in. This type of transport is also extremely gentle and requires no product contact. Any flow wrapper and any case packer in the world can be loaded with up to 300 products per minute with this system. It’s ideal for applications requiring high cycling speeds and indexed feed-in of products with no pile-ups.
